We will not be releasing new accounts for Google apps this 2nd semester. You can use your personal e-mail accounts to create an account in MOODLE. However, to those who already have google apps account, you can still use this existing accounts.

For all new students:
You are going to pick up the Academic Catalogue and Orientation CD on October 25, 2008.
Pls. bring the billing for Academic Catalogue with your FORM5 or proof of payment (validated PNB Slip)

For new students (enrollees after Sept 30)
For those students who requested for direct mailing of instructional materials, the delivery is per batch.
For those students who requested to pick up the instructional materials at UPDLC, follow up on the second week of November.

UPOU LC Manila Office Hours

Effective this October 2008, the UPOU Learning Center Manila will have the following schedule and office hours:

Monday - Tuesday = 8 AM - 6 PM
Thursday - Saturday = 8 AM - 6 PM

Registration and Distribution of Course Materials for Second Semester 2008-09

As indicated in our Academic Calendar, regular registration period for the Second Semester 2008-2009 term is from 15-30 September 2008. Students who will enroll during this period will have their course materials (those which are already available) ready for pick up on 25 October 2008, as scheduled.

On the other hand, registration form of students who will enroll beyond these dates will be stamped “LATE REGISTRATION” and must fill-out the direct mailing form and pay the P200.00 mailing fee. Late registrants will have their course materials sent directly to the address indicated in the direct mailing form. In the event that print materials are no longer available, they will receive their modules in PDF files. Procedure on accessing the PDF files can be found in this site http://www.upou.net/moodle/.

EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR FILING OF APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION FOR FIRST SEMESTER 2008-2009 CANDIDATES

The Office of the University Registrar is reiterating the strict implementation of the "NO APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION, NO GRADUATION POLICY".

Students who are currently enrolled in the last course(s) in their curriculum should apply for graduation. The deadline of filing for First Semester 2008-2009 candidates has been extended until September 27, 2008.

Validation Sticker for UPOU Student ID

To all UPOU enrolled students for First Semester 2008-2009, please claim the Validation Sticker for your Student ID at your designated learning centers. For those under testing centers, please send an email to library@upou.edu.ph and provide us your mailing address so that we can send your stickers through mail.

For all NEW students who do not have their student ID, please secure a temporary library card (blue colored temporary ID) at your learning center. Do not forget to bring a 1x1 photo to be attached to the temporary library card. This temporary library card can be used together with your Form-5 and borrower's card to access any UP libraries and borrow books.
