Enrolled UPOU students who have paid their library fees may access the Philippine e-library (http://www.elib.gov.ph) by requesting a unique userID and password via email from the UPOU Library (library@upou.net).

Graduate students are entitled to a maximum of 60 pages download while undergraduate students are entitled to a maximum of 40 pages download for Philippine materials. There is no fee for downloading full text and printing of abstract from EBSCO databases.

A unique userID/password is valid for 2 months. The whole value is consumed if 20 pages are downloaded at an instance. Upon consumption of the first set of userID/password issued, a student may again request for a new set, which will be valid for the next two months. Take note, however, that graduate students can only request for a userID and password 3 times per semester, while undergraduate students can only request 2 times per semester.
